You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return an item purchased on You may call or send us an e-mail with your order number and request.

The item(s) must have all original tags still attached and in perfect condition. Customers are responsible for shipping back the item(s) and freight charges. And must send us an e-mail with tracking number.

Your return parcel must be post marked within a 30-day time frame from the shipment confirmation email.

You can exchange your item’s size or color if available. If you prefer to exchange it for a different product or style, return it and make a new purchase.

Due to their unique characteristics, some of our products are subject to “Final Sale” and returns/exchanges are not permitted.



  • The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.
  • You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
  • If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use the return confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
